Sweeten your day with delicious Cupcakes
Vanilla essence, lemon zest or cheese, fruit extracts or raisins, give a unique flavor to the mini cakes, covered in creaminess.
Ingredients
*For Cupcakes
1/4 kg of flour
125g of Butter
125g of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 eggs
125ml milk
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla
Lemon zest or cheese, raisins or mini pieces of fruit.
*For cream and decoration
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
225 grams of unsalted butter
2 tablespoons of milk
4 cups of icing sugar
Culinary dye or aniline.
Colored chips or pieces of chocolate.
Preparation
*For cupcakes
-Beat the eggs together with the butter and sugar until it is a homogeneous mixture.
-Then, add the flour and baking powder interspersed to the mixture and stir until all the ingredients are compacted.
-Then add the vanilla, lemon zest, cheese, raisins or mini pieces of fruit and stir.
-Pour the dough into molds covered with baking paper for cupcakes, and bake them at 125 °C for 25 minutes.
-Let cool.
*For cream and decoration
-Beat the butter together with the vanilla.
-Then add one cup at a time of icing sugar and then beat each addition until completing four cups.
-Add the two tablespoons of milk and coloring if you want to add a shade and beat until the mixture is fluffy and creamy.
-Add the milkshake to a pastry bag to decorate the cupcakes.
-If you wish you can add colored chips or pieces of chocolate to the smoothie.
