Martina La Peligrosa releases No le copio a nadie
The Colombian artist presents authenticity, strength, freshness, and connection in her new single, fused with Afro-Caribbean roots.
Courage, inner power, struggle, and the pure essence of being to break new ground, make truths visible, and live freely are the message of her new song.
Regarding this, Martina La Peligrosa commented:
“It’s a celebration of who we are today: women, free, diverse, brave people. There’s no need to copy anyone when we are already enough, powerful, and unique.”
An interesting fusion of traditional Caribbean rhythms, including mapalé, son de negro, and contemporary pop with deep, ancestral sounds in a single voice.
The song was produced by Jairo Baron and written by him with Carlos Bedoya and Martina La Peligrosa.
The music video, shot in Bogota, Colombia, was co-directed by the artist and El French, and stars Camilo Ochoa, one of her childhood followers.
“No le copio a nadie” (I Don’t Copy Anyone) is now available on various digital platforms, with a central reflection:
“Live with pride, even when the world isn’t ready to see you shine.”
