Bogota International Book Fair begins
The most important event in the publishing industry opens its doors from April 18 to May 2, in Bogota, Colombia, the world book capital.
Interesting literary programs, including forums, workshops, conferences, educational and creative activities for adults, youth and children open their doors to the public.
On this occasion, the “Bogota International Book Fair” commemorates its 35 years of attendance, and celebrates them with Mexico as the guest of honor country.
Its theme revolves around the “Roots” and evolution of the cultural event, taking into account its creators, followers and those who have made it emerge and grow.
From this perspective, the FilBo notes:
“We understand the Roots as origin, to celebrate the three roots of our culture – indigenous, Spanish and African.”
With a variety of national and international authors, exhibitors and guests, its 2023 version, organized by the Colombian Book Chamber and Corferias, converges.
An interesting meeting space to share, learn and fly through reading.
