Enjoy a delicious rice pudding

A condensed mixture of milk, cinnamon, raisins, butter, rice and vanilla essence are cooked in a fusion of exquisite flavors.

Ingredients

6 cinnamon sticks

1 cup of white rice

2 cups of water

4 cups of milk

2 butter spoons

1 pinch of salt

1 ½ tablespoons vanilla extract

1 ½ cups of sugar

12 ounces of condensed milk

You pass to taste

 

Preparation

-Cook the cinnamon sticks in 2 cups of water, after boiling for 10 minutes, strain and leave the liquid extract.

-Then add all the rice to the cinnamon water, and cook for 5 minutes.

-Then add 2 cups of milk, sugar, salt, butter, vanilla and stir constantly for 15 minutes.

-Next, add 2 more cups of milk and 12 ounces of condensed milk. Cook for an hour and a half, until the rice thickens and creams.

-Remove from heat and let cool. Refrigerate for one hour.
